TWU faculty and staff are invited to convene for a face-to-face conversation from 1-3 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 24 in the Southeast ballroom in the Student Union at Hubbard Hall. The in-person convening is a chance to share progress and, most importantly, hear from TWU faculty and staff about how they would like to engage in leading Texas Woman’s forward.
The program will begin with a 20-minute overview of Momentum followed by five 20-minute sessions. For each 20-minute session, faculty and staff are encouraged to join a table of interest. Each table will correspond to an imperative or initiative. Everyone is welcome to come and go as their schedule allows.
Momentum: Strategic Plan 2028 includes four strategic imperatives and five enduring initiatives (see below) and serves as a living blueprint to help guide us through the 2023 – 2028 plan period. Below is the leadership group:
