  • Representing TWU Houston, Olinda Johnson(nursing) volunteered at the Houston Food BankSaturday, Jan. 27 to help load 880 boxes of food onto pallets. 
  • Despite the rainy weather, faculty and staff welcomed 136 prospective students along with 66 of their guests at the open house eventSaturday, Jan. 27.
  • Under the direction of Lauren Odom, the Career Connections Center partnered with JCPenney to host a successful "Suit Up" event Sunday, Jan. 28. More than 40 students, faculty and staff members took advantage of the discounted professional clothing and extended hours.
  • There is still time to sign up for the TWU tour of the TMC Innovation Institute taking place Monday, Feb. 5. The tour will include the Johnson & Johnson research facility as well as a brief talk about the institute and a discussion on collaboration opportunities. The tour is free, but an RSVP is required.
