Concur launched in September 2021 at Texas Woman’s, streamlining the university’s PCard, travel, and reimbursement processes for faculty and staff. A semester has gone by, but some may still have questions about the system.
The best way to learn Concur is to be hands-on: create, submit, and approve expense reports. Procurement Services is here to help.
Procurement’s Training and Resources webpage provides links to Concur training videos and additional trainings for everything individual and department PCard training to booking travel.
Sometimes, though, you just need a friendly voice to help you understand why you’re having issues and how to solve them. Procurement is here for that, too.
The Procurement Training Calendar provides dates for contract training and Concur Q&A sessions conducted via Zoom. The calendar also lists dates for Concur labs, which are in-person sessions on the Denton campus. The labs are come-and-go sessions, providing individual attention for faculty and staff who are experiencing issues with the system.
Keep an eye on the training calendar for upcoming sessions. Email concur@twu.edu if you have any questions.
