New instructors can learn the foundations of online teaching through a course offered by Teaching and Learning with Technology (TLT).

Foundations for Teaching Online, a four-week online course, will guide instructors through the process of online teaching, from course design to course development to course delivery. Instructors will be given tools and resources to help them successfully develop online courses, such as:

• Templates and starters
• Practice guides
• How-to guides
• Examples of engaging online content

The online course is scheduled June 27 through July 27. Registration is due by noon, Thursday, June 23.
