Texas Woman’s welcomes family and friends to campus to celebrate Family Weekend Oct. 4-6. 

Participation in family weekend is completely optional and free for TWU students and guests five years old and younger.

The fee is $55 for adults and $35 for guests ages 6-17. Registration is required for all attendees and is handled entirely online through the parent portal.

The fun begins on Friday, Oct. 4, with Career Connections and the Center for First-Generation Students hosting open houses from 3-5 p.m., with check-in starting at 4 p.m. There will also be a Disney-themed Magical Family Feud game for all attendees starting at 6 p.m.

On Saturday, Oct. 5, there will be a tailgate, a TWU volleyball game, and more. The events will conclude Sunday, Oct. 6, with plenty of time for enjoying local sights and sounds or taking part in the special weekend chapel service for a time of reflection.

As in years past, TWU’s Family Weekend will be held in conjunction with the Denton Arts & Jazz Festival, a free event held just south of campus at Quakertown Park.
