Faculty, staff invited to virtual cooking demo

TWU faculty and staff are invited to take in a quick nutrition lesson and cooking demo on healthy culinary modifications with Chef Joan Denton, RDN, at 5 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 29, via Zoom. Check the TWU Belonging Initiative email sent Oct. 23, gather the ingredients for baked blueberry oatmeal and bliss bites, then tune in at the appointed time.
