Shuttle service to the
North Remote Parking Lot
, located at Frame and University streets, continues this summer with shuttles running 7 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Shuttle service to the Denton Bible Church parking lot is suspended through summer and will begin again in the Fall 2019 semester. No decals are required for parking in the North Remote Parking Lot this summer. Parking permits are required for parking on campus. Discounted permits are available on the
TWU Department of Public Safety
website.
The TWU Department of psychology and philosophy has a strong connection to the recently published revised
American Psychological Association Guidelines for Psychological Practice with Girls and Women
. Faculty member
Debra Mollen
co-chaired the working group, which consisted of more than 40 contributors, including several alumni of the TWU counseling psychology program: Dena Abbott, Sonia Carrizales, Justine Kallaugher, Jennifer Mootz, Noelany Pelc, Angela Salzmann, Lauren Woolley, Sapna Patel and Natasha Shukla. TWU Professor Emerita Roberta Nutt was a co-chair on the original guidelines published in 2007.
