Remote parking shuttle taking a break next week

During Spring Break, March 12-15, the remote parking lot shuttle service will be suspended temporarily, but will resume Monday, March 19. This shuttle’s normal schedule is 7 a.m. – 6 p.m., Monday through Thursday. It serves the North Remote Parking Lot (Frame Street/US380) and the Denton Bible Church Remote Parking Lot (2300 E. University Drive).

University Advancement relocates during building renovations

TWU’s University Advancement staff will relocate March 12 through May 9, while the Advancement building undergoes renovations.

  • Heidi Tracy and Katherine Behning will be located in ACT 1406 and ACT 1404, respectively.
  • Development staff will work out of the Stoke Offices, 608 E. Hickory St. #128.
  • Gift Processing and Alumni Relations will be in the Alumni House, 330 E. University Dr.

All members of the Advancement department can be reached at their current phone numbers and email addresses throughout this transition. While the post office box address still will be used, all hand-deliverables need to be sent to the Alumni House.

Pioneer Hall parking changes after Spring Break

Constructions starts in support of the P3 student housing project will affect parking around Pioneer Hall starting March 19. Fencing will be installed around the construction area—including the soccer field and south and east of the field—next week. To help offset the loss of these Pioneer Hall parking spots, a new gravel parking lot is being installed to the east of the Facilities Management building. This lot is designated "all decal" parking.
