The third and final session of the “Creating Positive Relationships and Welcoming and Learning Environments” series will take place 2:30-4 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 10, in the Southeast Ballroom of the Student Union at Hubbard Hall on the Denton campus or via livestream.

University Ombudsperson Linda Rubin (Psychology, Denton) will present “Cultivating Positive Relationships with Colleagues and Supervisors,” featuring ideas for developing positive relationships within the work environment, along with interactive case studies that will allow discussion in small groups.

In-person attendance is encouraged due to the interactive nature of the event. The event is being hosted in a large room so participants may socially distance as they see fit. Masks are highly recommended. Hand sanitizer will be available, as well as spray sanitizer for surfaces in the room. Drinks and individually packaged snacks will be served, and attendees are welcome to bring personal food or drink items with them.
