The installation of a fire sprinkler system in the Blagg-Huey Library will affect access to various floors during construction. Work is expected to be complete around September 2023.

Work will begin Monday, Nov. 14, with the installation of fencing for an exterior construction area. All floors except the main floor will be offline during the work on those specific floors throughout the project. The work sequence will be:

• Third floor, then
• Second floor, then
• Basement, then
• Main floor

Interior work will begin Thursday, Nov. 17, on the third floor.
