Recognizing that students often reach out to faculty and staff with career-related questions, Career Connections has created a Career Champions program to enhance these career-related conversations.
The program consists of three modules and covers a host of topics, including career development theory, TWU student identities and the unique career challenges they face, and current hiring and recruiting trends. Participants must complete all three modules to receive a “Career Champions” sticker and certificate. Champions will receive a quarterly newsletter and ongoing professional development opportunities.
Career Champions sessions will take place at 10 a.m., Feb. 5, 12 and 19. Those interested in participating are asked to register for all three sessions.
