Ads in The Lasso help promote on-campus events

TWU’s student-run newspaper, The Lasso, distributes 700 print issues to the Denton, Dallas and Houston campuses of Texas Woman’s University monthly during the fall and spring semesters. Rather than utilize the old-style newsprint, The Lasso format is a slick magazine-style publication with a longer shelf-life than previous iterations. The print product also is featured online in a digital format, including all advertisements, every month at www.twulasso.com

Updated weekly during the fall and spring semesters, www.twulasso.com receives approximately 6,700 average pageviews per month and serves the entirety of TWU’s more than 16,000 enrolled students. The website is fully responsive and provides options for banner and rectangular sidebar advertising. In addition, The Lasso also can post advertisements to their growing social media audience.
