TWU Student Health Services and TWU Emergency Management are closely monitoring the emerging facts about the coronavirus that originated in Wuhan, China. The university is collaborating with Denton County Public Health and other state and national health organizations to implement best practices for screening and treating any student who may report symptoms. TWU does not have any known international students, faculty or staff with recent travel to China, and there are no confirmed cases in Texas at this time.  If you have had direct contact with someone ill with coronavirus within the last 14 days and are experiencing fever and cough, you should contact your primary care provider for guidance.
