Join Alumni Engagement for the next TESSTalk

Join the Office of Alumni Engagement at 6:30 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 22, for the next installment of the TESSTalk Series.

Beverly Walker-Griffea, PhD '04, will share a series of stories that defined her journey to serve as the first African American and first female president of Mott Community College in Flint, Michigan. Dr. Beverly, as she likes to be called, will give an authentic version of what it took to reach the "C" Suite in hopes to bring confidence and courage to someone thinking about getting out of their comfort zone and leading authentically.

Register now for the TESSTalk with Beverly Walker-Griffea.

TESSTalks is a monthly speaker series featuring TWU alumni and faculty who will share their perspective on leadership, professional journeys and personal adventures. Each session will feature a brief Q&A. This program is named in honor of the former nickname of TWU students—Tessie.
