Performance goals development process begins for 2022-2023

Now that staff performance evaluations are done, it’s time to look ahead to goals for the 2022-2023 performance review period (June 1, 2022-May 31, 2023). Division leaders will communicate division goals to their employees so that individual goals can be linked to the university’s Strategic Plan.

Supervisors may choose to develop their own timeline for employees and supervisors to complete the goals process, but all goals should be submitted by employees and approved by supervisors in the SharePoint system by Oct. 31.

The Performance Development Goals system is for staff employees and those supervising staff employees only. The system is not intended for temporary staff, faculty, or adjunct faculty members. Visit the Staff Performance Evaluation webpage for more information.
