  • Aubree Evans (Center for Faculty Excellence) wrote an article, "Teaching Through Change," which was published on the June 20 ACUE (Association for College and University Educators) blog. 
  • Celia C. Lo (sociology) was the honorary speaker at the Luncheon Seminar Series, Universities Service Centre for China Studies, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, on June 14 in Hong Kong. Her presentation was titled “Rural-to-Urban Migration, Strain, and Juvenile Delinquency: A Study of Eight-Grade Students in Guangzhou, China.” Lo also co-wrote with TWU sociology alumna Andrea Laurent-Simpson a paper, “How SES May Figure in Perceptions of Zika Risks and in Preventive Action,” which has been accepted for publication in Sociological Spectrum.
